With all the tension on the planet especially in the USA I’ve noticed more people thinking and planning for a catastrophe.

I’ve been restoring my Kenwood Hybrid HF rigs that can run on battery just in case.

I totally agree, I have a few HF rigs that are in so-so condition that can be powered by a 12 volt car battery, all it would take is some dumb ass in my desert community destroying our communications grid and off we go.
